Rushmore National Music Camp

34th Annual
JUNIOR HIGH CAMP

July 27-August 1, 2008

The Junior High Camp is located on the campus of Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota. Students stay in separate dorms for boys and girls. Meals are served in the university dining facility.

Making music . . . making friends!

Experienced counselors supervise students at a 10-1 camper-counselor ratio.
Ample rehearsal spaces are air conditioned. Excellent concert facilties allow superior recording venues.

Day Campers and 6th graders are welcomed. (Day campers must arrive at 8:15 a.m. and remain until the end of the evening activities ending approximately at 9:30 p.m. July 27-31. Registration and rehearsals begin on Sunday, July 27. The final camp and concert activities on Friday August 1 begin at 8:15 a.m. and conclude after the 1:30 p.m. concert.)

Limited insurance is carried by NSU. Medical consultation is available during the camp .
All students must play in band or orchestra.
